SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Arôms Natur Skincare ships to the 50 US States, Puerto Rio. We do not ship internationally.
You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are shipped from New Jersey within 24-48 business hours of receipt, if the order is placed before 5 pm EST, between Monday-Friday.
We use USPS Ground Mail. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number. Arôms Natur Skincare is not reliable for lost and stolen packages.
U.S. shipping is a $5.95 flat rate, and with orders over $75 shipping is free.
Arôms Natur Skincare requires an active, valid billing phone number and may require phone authorization for all online orders over $1,000.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
Due to the sanitary conditions of beauty products we generally do not accept returns unless the packaging is damaged or defected. If your package comes damaged or defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your options.
To be eligible for a return, you have to contact us within 7 (seven) business days of your receipt of an item. To return your product, please send an email to email@example.com and we will provide you with a shipping address.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for information on where to return your item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will either exchange the product or refund you, at our sole discretion.
Refunds will be credited to the card used for the purchase, which sometimes takes a few days before it is processed and reflected on your account.
Please give at least 5-10 business days for the amount to show up on your account!
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
